What a remap does for a petrol Volvo V70

With a petrol engine the remap works through the ECU's ignition, fuelling and turbo boost tables. Re-calibrating them within safe limits releases power that is already there, rather than adding anything to the engine.

Among the 12 petrol V70 engines we have figures for, the T5 260 ranks 3rd for power gain, 8 bhp above the V70 petrol average of 42 bhp.
